The Web Network wants this website to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, regardless of technology, ability or circumstance.

Our approach

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a reference point when designing, writing and maintaining the website. This statement does not claim that every page has been independently audited or that the website is fully conformant in every respect.

What we are working to provide

  • clear heading structures and readable page layouts;
  • keyboard access to primary navigation and interactive controls;
  • visible focus styles;
  • appropriate labels for form fields and controls;
  • text alternatives for meaningful images;
  • colour contrast that supports readability;
  • responsive layouts that work at different screen sizes and zoom levels; and
  • plain, understandable language wherever possible.

Known limitations

Some third-party embeds, externally hosted documents, client screenshots or older supplied materials may not fully meet the same accessibility standard. Where we control the material, we will consider reasonable improvements when an issue is identified.

Feedback and alternative formats

If you have difficulty using any part of the website, need information in another format, or want to report an accessibility problem, please contact us. Tell us which page or content you were trying to use and what support would help. We will consider the request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Reviewing this statement

We will review this statement when significant website changes are made and update it when known issues or our accessibility approach changes.
