From one page to a website built for enquiries
KC Removal Solutions is a removals company based in Derby, handling home moves, business relocations, house clearances, storage and packing supplies. The business had a website, but it was a single page. Every service was squeezed into one place, so there was nothing specific for Google to rank and little to reassure someone comparing removal firms. The site brought in almost no search traffic and very few enquiries.
The brief
We proposed replacing the one-page site with a proper multi-page website. The goals were to:
- give each service its own page, so it could be found for the searches customers actually make
- make it quick and easy to ask for a quote, especially on a phone
- build enough trust that someone could choose KC over a competitor without needing to call first
What we built
A page for each service. The new site has dedicated pages for home removals, business moves, house clearance and storage, and packing supplies, plus About and Contact. Each page has its own title, headings and content written around that service and Derby, rather than one page trying to rank for everything.
WhatsApp quoting front and centre. Many people planning a move would rather send a quick message than fill in a form or make a call. WhatsApp buttons sit in the header and throughout every page, alongside tap-to-call links. Customers can send details and photos in seconds, and KC can reply when it suits them.
A clear route to a quote. The homepage explains the process in three steps (we quote, we plan, we move), so customers know what happens next. Business customers get a dedicated quote form for the extra detail an office move needs.
Trust built in. Customer reviews appear on the homepage and service pages, and the About page introduces the team and its values: transparency, care and reliability.
The result
KC Removal Solutions now has a multi-page website designed for lead generation, with a separate page for every service they want more work in and a one-tap route to a quote from any page.
